Is Wiener Stadthalle accessible for mobility scooters?
Yes. Wiener Stadthalle has wheelchair-accessible seating in blocks D and E, accessible parking, toilets and lifts. Our scooters are legally classified as walking aids (not vehicles), so you can use them throughout the venue.
Can you deliver to my hotel during Eurovision week?
Yes. We deliver directly to your Vienna hotel by 10:30 AM on your arrival day. Pickup at the end of your stay. Delivery is part of your individual quote.
When should I book for Eurovision 2026?
As early as possible. Our fleet is limited and books out for ESC week. We recommend confirming your booking as soon as possible.
Do the scooters fit in a taxi or on the U-Bahn?
Yes. Classic and Classic+ fold compactly (40 kg, 101 × 51 × 88 cm) and fit in any standard taxi boot. On the U-Bahn they are treated as walking aids — all Wiener Linien stations around Stadthalle (e.g. U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle) have lifts.
What about rain or cold weather in May?
Vienna in May is mild (15–22 °C). The scooters handle light rain well. We provide a waterproof storage basket and, on request, a rain cover.
Can I charge the scooter at my hotel?
Yes. The charger plugs into any standard socket and the battery charges fully overnight (approx. 6 hours).
